Excluding the interior of the Stonewall Cottage, the guest house, the auto restoration shop, the museum, the North museum, and storage buildings, as well as the property defined for the landscaping companies.

Rentals based on availibility and planned usage.
A minimum of two hours is required for all rentals. Most packaged rentals include a six-hour event, plus setup and clean-up time.
Jack Frost Museum only rents the venue for private events. Rentals open to the public are not available at this time.
Rentals only include access to the areas rented. Access to additional areas is not permitted.
Events must end by 11 PM, and clean-up must be completed by 12 AM.
Tables + chairs rented to you by Jack Frost Museum will be delivered to your rental location for you to set up. You must return these items to the delivery area by the end of your event.
Events will require event insurance. Jack Frost Museum works closely with Event Helper to offer you affordable event insurance.
Jack Frost Museum does not provide Catering services. You may bring in catering services from your vendor of choice. The museum also does not have a prep kitchen.
Michigan law requires all mixed drinks to be served by TIPS-certified bartenders. Jack Frost Museum does not offer bartending services. You may contract bartending services with the vendor of your choice.
In most cases, you will need to provide restroom facilities for your guests. While you are free to choose any vendor, Jack Frost Museum works closely with Peklo Portables/Michigan Luxury Restroom Rentals.
Depending on the rental area, you may be required to provide portable electricity.
All trash must be placed inside the on-site dumpster.
Some cars can be finicky. Rented cars for display and/or classic car rides may decide not to operate that day. In this case, backup options will be provided.
Rentals begin at $500 for a two-hour period.
